Audio recordings of telephone conversations

Kingdom Clinic’s telephone conversations are recorded.  In order to respond to your phone calls in a timely manner, we have not included a message regarding this on our phone system.

We record calls including the phone numbers involved for several reasons:

  • In case the caller is involved in an emergency and the phone call is interrupted.
  • To retrieve phone numbers when these have not been left or updated
  • To review complaints although this would be a last resort in our complaints procedure.

Kingdom Clinic values your privacy.  Audio recordings are held securely and only accessed in certain circumstances by trained Kingdom Clinic staff.  The contents are considered confidential and treated the same as your medical records.
